Welcome to KeenSpark Adventures! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of keenspark.com, our booking services, and any tours you join with us. By using our site or booking a trip, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t vibe with them, no hard feelings – but you can’t use our services. Questions? Using Our Services
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to book a tour or use our site. Booking for a group? You’re responsible for everyone in it.
Account: You might need to create an account to book. Keep your login details safe – don’t share ‘em!
Accuracy: Provide accurate info when booking (name, contact, etc.). Wrong details might mess up your trip, and we’re not liable.
Conduct: Don’t misuse our site – no hacking, spamming, or posting sketchy stuff. Play nice.
Booking and Payments
Deposits: A $200 deposit per person is required to secure your spot. Full payment’s due 30 days before departure.
Pricing: Tour prices are listed in USD and include what’s specified (e.g., guides, lodging). Extras like flights or personal gear aren’t included unless stated.
Taxes & Fees: Prices may exclude local taxes or park fees – we’ll let you know upfront.
Changes: We might tweak itineraries due to weather, safety, or local conditions. We’ll keep you posted, but no refunds for minor changes.
Cancellations and Refunds

If we cancel a tour (rare, but think natural disasters or low sign-ups), you’ll get a full refund or a credit for another trip.
If you cancel, refunds depend on timing (see Refund Policy).
Your Responsibilities
Health & Fitness: Our tours can be physically demanding. Make sure you’re up for it – check tour descriptions for difficulty levels.
Travel Docs: You need valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. We’ll provide guidance, but it’s on you to sort these out.
Behavior: Follow your guide’s instructions and respect local cultures. Disruptive behavior might get you removed from a tour, no refund.
Risks: Adventures like hiking or surfing have risks (think falls or wipeouts). You participate at your own risk.
Our Liability
We’re not responsible for stuff outside our control, like weather, strikes, or lost luggage.
Our liability is limited to the tour price you paid. We’re not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by our gross negligence.
Third-party providers (e.g., hotels, local guides) have their own terms – we’re not responsible for their actions.
Intellectual Property
Our site, logos, and content are ours. Don’t copy or use them without permission.
User content (e.g., reviews or photos you share) grants us a non-exclusive license to use for promo (we’ll credit you!).
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or misuse our services. You’ll still owe any outstanding payments.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Idaho law. Any disputes will be handled in Twin Falls, Idaho courts.
